Refund Policy

At MSME Udyog Aadhar, we strive to deliver reliable consultancy services for a seamless MSME/Udyam registration experience. However, due to the nature of our services, specific conditions apply to refunds. Please read our refund policy carefully before using our services.

1. Consultancy Fee is Non-Refundable

  • The consultancy fee of ₹1180 paid for our assistance in MSME/Udyam registration is non-refundable once the payment is made.
  • This is because our team starts processing your application immediately after payment is confirmed.

2. Exceptions for Refunds

Refunds may only be considered under the following conditions:

  • Service Not Delivered: If we fail to deliver the MSME certificate to your registered email address within the promised time frame of 1 to 7 business days due to an error on our part.
  • Duplicate Payment: If you accidentally make multiple payments for the same service, the excess payment will be refunded after verification.

3. Refund Request Process

If you believe you are eligible for a refund under the above exceptions, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at info@msmeudyogaadhar.org with the following details:
    • Your Full Name
    • Payment Reference Number
    • Date of Payment
    • Reason for Refund Request
  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days.

4. Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.

5. No Refunds for Incorrect or Incomplete Information

  • Refunds will not be issued if delays or errors occur due to incorrect or incomplete information provided during registration.
  • Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all submitted details.

6. Changes or Cancellation of Service

Once the application process has begun, you cannot cancel the service, and no refunds will be issued for cancellations initiated by the user.
